To use AfriMatch, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• ✓You must be at least 18 years of age.
• ✓You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• ✓You must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.
• ✓You must not have been previously banned or removed from AfriMatch.
• ✓You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.

To access AfriMatch features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• ▸Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• ▸Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access.
• ▸Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.
• ▸Not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of another person without consent.

You agree not to use AfriMatch to:

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice or refund.

AfriMatch offers free and premium tiers. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• ▸Subscriptions: Billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
• ▸Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• ▸In-App Wallet: Top-ups are non-refundable once credited. Credits have no cash value outside the App.
• ▸Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
• ▸Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on purchases made through the App.

You retain ownership of the content you post on AfriMatch (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant ZuriTech Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

AfriMatch uses ID verification, video verification, and KYC processes to maintain a trustworthy community. However, we cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of every user. You agree to:

• ✓Exercise caution when interacting with other users, especially when meeting in person.
• ✓Report suspicious behaviour using the in-app report feature.
• ✓Never share sensitive personal or financial information with other users through the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the AfriMatch App — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by ZuriTech Global and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

AfriMatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZuriTech Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.
